Ghar Seva functions strictly as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent service providers. Service Providers are independent professionals and not employees of Ghar Seva. No employer-employee relationship exists between Ghar Seva and Service Providers. Service quality, execution, and responsibility for any provider mistakes rest solely with the Service Provider. Additionally, Ghar Seva reserves the right to introduce Subscription Fees, Platform Fees, or Commission structures in the future.

- Location Data: Address and precise location to connect you with nearby service
providers.
b. Service Information
- Booking history and service preferences.
- Reviews and ratings provided by users.
c. Identity & Verification Information (KYC)
- Government-issued identification (such as Aadhar, PAN, or Driver’s License) for identity verification.
- Proof of address and other compliance documents (where applicable).
d. Device & Log Information
- Device model, operating system, IP address, and unique device identifiers (Advertising ID).
- App usage logs and crash reports to improve performance.

- To process service bookings and connect users with service providers.
- To verify user and provider identities and ensure platform safety.

Independent Service Providers: User contact details and service address are shared
with assigned independent service providers solely for service execution. Service Providers operate as independent professionals, and Ghar Seva is not an employer.

Payment Processing & Future Platform Fees: Payments are securely processed through third-party
payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, or banking details. Ghar Seva reserves the right to introduce subscription fees, platform fees, or commissions in the future.

Legal Obligations: Information may be disclosed if required by law or
to protect user safety and platform integrity.

Advertising Partners: We may share aggregated or anonymized data with third-party
advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) to serve relevant ads.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Service Responsibilities
Ghar Seva operates purely as a platform provider. Service quality and any mistakes or errors during service delivery remain the responsibility of the independent Service Provider, and Ghar Seva is not liable for provider mistakes.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed based on the service provider’s cancellation policy.
Eligible refunds will be initiated to the original payment method via Razorpay within
5–7 working days. Subscription fees, platform fees, or commission structures introduced in the future will follow applicable policy terms.
7. Location Information
Location data is collected to match users with nearby service providers and track service progress.
Users can manage location permissions through their device settings.
